By accessing or using the LuxeCars platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, dealers, and private sellers who access or use the Service. LuxeCars reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

LuxeCars is an online marketplace that connects luxury and premium car dealers and individual sellers with prospective buyers in India. The platform provides: • A listing platform for verified dealers and individual sellers to showcase vehicles • A browsing experience for buyers to discover premium vehicles across India • Direct contact tools connecting buyers with sellers — no middleman • Dealer storefronts with custom branding at yourname.luxecars.in • Analytics dashboards for dealers to track listing performance • Bookmark and compare features for buyers • State and city-based browsing for pan India discovery • YouTube video integration for vehicle walkthroughs LuxeCars does not buy, sell, or take ownership of any vehicles listed on the platform. We act solely as an intermediary marketplace.

To list vehicles or access dealer features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account Dealer accounts require manual verification and approval by the LuxeCars team. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion. Creating an account does not guarantee approval as a dealer.

Registered dealers agree to: • Only list vehicles they legally own or are authorised to sell • Provide accurate descriptions, pricing, and photographs for all listings • Respond to genuine buyer enquiries in a timely and professional manner • Comply with all applicable Indian laws regarding vehicle sales, including the Motor Vehicles Act and consumer protection regulations • Not engage in misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent practices • Keep listing information up to date and promptly remove sold vehicles • Not list stolen, encumbered, or legally disputed vehicles Dealers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and for completing any transaction with buyers. LuxeCars bears no liability for disputes arising between dealers and buyers.

All listings on LuxeCars must: • Feature only genuine, legally owned vehicles • Include accurate mileage, year, condition, and pricing information • Use real photographs of the actual vehicle being sold (no stock photos) • Be priced in Indian Rupees (INR) • Not include contact information within listing descriptions or images (use platform contact features) • Not link to competitor platforms or external listing sites LuxeCars reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines, appears fraudulent, or does not meet our quality standards, without notice or liability.

Users may not use LuxeCars to: • List or promote vehicles obtained through illegal means • Engage in price manipulation or artificial inflation of vehicle values • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform through automated means • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other user accounts • Post false, misleading, or defamatory content • Spam other users or send unsolicited communications • Circumvent the platform to conduct transactions directly after initial contact • Use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate vehicle commerce • Violate any applicable Indian or international laws Violations may result in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities.

LuxeCars collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. Key points: • We collect registration information, listing data, and usage analytics • Contact details shared between buyers and sellers are for transaction purposes only • We use OTP-based and passkey authentication to verify users and prevent fraud • We use cookies and local storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and improve platform performance • We do not sell your personal data to third parties • Analytics data (listing views, page visits) is collected to improve the platform • Data may be stored on servers located in India or internationally through our service providers (Supabase) For full details on data collection and cookies, please review our Cookie Policy (Section 12) and Privacy Policy.

The LuxeCars platform, including its design, logo, interface, and proprietary technology, is owned by LuxeCars and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not: • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the platform's design or code • Use the LuxeCars name or logo without written permission • Reverse engineer any part of the platform By uploading images and content to LuxeCars, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content on the platform for the purposes of operating the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time by deleting your listings or account.

LuxeCars provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Listing information provided by dealers is accurate or complete • Any vehicle transaction will be successfully completed To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, LuxeCars shall not be liable for: • Any loss or damage arising from transactions between buyers and sellers • Inaccurate vehicle descriptions or fraudulent listings by users • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of profits, revenue, or data Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed INR 10,000.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.

LuxeCars uses cookies and similar storage technologies to operate the platform securely and improve your experience. Here is what we store and why: Essential Cookies (Required) These cookies are necessary for the platform to function and cannot be disabled: • Authentication session — keeps you logged in securely across pages • CSRF protection tokens — prevents unauthorised actions on your account • Cookie consent preference — remembers whether you have accepted or rejected non-essential cookies Functional Cookies (Optional) These improve your experience on the platform: • Bookmarks — stores your saved cars locally so they persist between visits • Compare list — remembers which cars you have added to the comparison view • Search preferences — remembers your last search filters for convenience • Theme and display settings — stores UI preferences Analytics Cookies (Optional) These help us understand how the platform is used: • Listing view counts — anonymous tracking of which listings are viewed, used to display "Most Viewed" rankings • Page visit data — anonymous usage patterns to improve navigation and features • Session identifiers — anonymous session IDs used to group page views (no personal data stored) What We Do NOT Do • We do not use advertising or tracking cookies • We do not share cookie data with third parties for marketing • We do not fingerprint your device or track you across other websites Managing Cookies You can accept or reject non-essential cookies when you first visit LuxeCars using the cookie consent banner. You may also change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the platform — only essential cookies remain active.
